Snowden Flood recently launched her own collection of commercially available accessories. The laser-cut cushions, ceramics and embroideries were shown publicly for the first time in September 2006 at 100% East in London. Combining an exuberant sense of colour, style and wit with strong graphic imagery, the collection reflects her experience of designing and producing heirloom pieces of the very highest quality.
Graduated with a Masters from Parsons School of Design in New York, Snowden has been working consultatively since 1998 creating bespoke work for architects, interior designers and private clients. Her portfolio of clients reads like a who’s who of style: Dior, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Jaeger, Four Seasons Hotels, while she has also designed pieces for private residences for the King of Jordan, the Aga Khan and Steven Meisel among others. |
