Tina Tsang graduated from central saint martins in illustration and animation. She therefore tries to breathe life into simple everyday objects to create a dialog between the object and user. She likes to make surreal objects that are usable and collectable. The aim of her design is to enthral the user and give a sense of other worldliness to everyday life. |

Made in the UK only by highly skilled craftsman this collectable and usable piece is made from sturdy earthenware.
Blaue Blume was first conceived by wanting to solidify the texture of lace onto ceramics to make ceramics have a softer, more textural feel.
The process has been experimented on for about a year before finally being put into produced. There is an unexpected result when casting lace since some cast well and others don’t. Also we only cast rare one off pieces of vintage lace.
This is a component of a set.
