Award winning designer Michelle Mason creates homewares for the retail market as well as bespoke commissions for private clients. Michelle launched her business in 2005, at the Milan Furniture Fair, with a collection of table and floor lights. Her current range includes rugs, lampshades, ceramics and printed textiles.
Michelle’s background in illustration is reflected in the distinctive graphic style that now includes die-cut wool rugs and an exclusive collection of products for Transport For London. All products are made in the UK.
Michelle’s products are British made, many locally sourced.

From the Hidden Art Select range, the Egg candleholder is designed to hold a standard 20 mm diam candle. Can also be used to hold a single flower head, bamboo stem or plant cutting.
The simple, familiar egg shape has been recreated in English fine bone china. The inspiration behind the candleholder concept comes from watching children dip toast into soft-boiled eggs; when the candle starts to drip wax it runs down the egg - in the same way that yolk drips over the shell of a boiled egg.
The Egg comes in two sizes: Large: H15 x W10.5 x D12cms and Medium: H12 x W8 x D10cms. Made in the UK from English fine bone china with a matt white finish.
Packaging recycled board. Candles not supplied.
Beware dripping wax. Protect delicate surfaces from stains or hot wax. Ceramic surface can be wiped clean or washed by hand in warm water and mild soap.

Hidden Art has combined expert advice and business experience with designer-makers creative talents in this unique collaboration. Since their selection, the chosen designer-makers have worked closely with the Hidden Art team to bring the products to market.
Utilising this unique partnership, Hidden Art will aim to capitalize on the Hidden Art Select Range, from both 2007 and 2008, to tender for London 2012 supply opportunities.
