Spinifex seeks to promote a greater awareness of green issues within a product's design. Materials used include recycled yoghurt pots, oriented strand board and brown paper. Trying to free itself from the stigma attached to eco-friendly goods, Spinifex invents new ideas to solve modern living. |

| The OTA unit is wall mounted with a chalkboard face for leaving messages. It also has compartments and spaces for storing everyday objects. The unit has a good writing area and is intended for a communal space (e.g. a hallway or kitchen). The plastic used is 100% recycled production waste(regrind). The chalkboard paint is a low V.O.C. alternative to traditional blackboard paint and comes in a variety of colours. The board face is low formaldehyde MDF that has been coated and sealed. |
